Technical Conferences:
PetroMin and Hydrocarbon Asia organise technology conferences and workshops in Asia by bringing in specialists , experts and professionals from "Energy & Processing and Maintenance" sectors (Upstream and Downstream), with the objective of creating a platform to promote interaction amongst participants so that the exchange of information on experience and new technology will greatly benefit the delegates of the conference.
We offer selective Technical events, which would benefit the attending delegates from different sectors of Oil & Gas and Processing Industry in terms of substance and Cost both to sponsoring Companies and delegates. As you can view the forthcoming Conferences on our websites, You can decide which conference would be beneficial to you. All Papers to be presented are selected by the Conference Technical Committee responsible for the relevant Conference. Speakers of the conference are the experts in their own field of operation, and this is the occasion, when professionals meet other professionals, and our delegates have the chance to listen to and discuss their experience with them. The format of the conference will be a mixture of panel discussions and of presentations that trigger discussions amongst all participants.
Conference Material:
Conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (Unless otherewise stated in the event program). The file contains the Speaker's Profile, Abstracts, Delegate List, and Final Programme Schedule etc.,. The Final Papers and the copies of Power Point Presentation at the conference, will be excluded in the file hand out due to the nature of confidentiality and competitive nature of the presenting companies. Nevertheless, the 'permitted' Final Papers will be presented on our website at a later date and can be viewed only by the delegates attended the Conference. Power Point presentation is meant only for delegates' viewing at the actual event/s. Please note: only selected papers will be published on our Energy Publications (Printed Edition) at a later date and will be presented on our web site as well. These papers will be in PDF format and to view them in your computer, you will have to use ACROBAT® Reader.

Delegate Fees for the Conference:
Payment must be received prior to the Conference. Every detail of the corresponding Conference will be presented on our website . You may also register onto the conference on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you. Please note the early registration before the specified date will be to your advantage.

Delegate list and other information will be presented on our website. Registration is an ongoing process until the date of the conference, and the list of registered delegates will be regularly updated to keep all speakers and delegates informed. If you would like us to assist in arranging meetings with anyone present, please inform us earlier, prior to the conference date.

Depending on the type of conference, Exhibitors will be displaying Equipment and Technology, and the Tech.personnel there will assist you to answer your queries.
