Maintenance Technologies Pte Ltd (MTpl) has developed IOMMS ® (Integrated Operating and Maintenance Management system) to provide industry a complete and integrated operations and maintenance system for process plants.
The system comprises a contemporary computerised maintenance management system that co-ordinates a full suite of maintenance management tools including risk based inspection (RBI), condition based maintenance (CBM), safety management system (SMS), contractors' safety management system (CSMS) along with experienced staff to provide the most optimised operating and maintenance system in modern process. It provides operating procedures integrated with maintenance and inspection procedures, as well as the most modern maintenance planning capability. Maintenance Technologies are licensed by ADVANTICA to use the RAMS program OPTAGON in South East Asia.
MTpl has entered into an agreement with ADVANTICA to provide reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS) studies. The RAMS study is used to determine the process plant capability or expected capacity and reliability. It is source study to determine an optimised maintenance program.
