SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE(S)

PetroMin / Hydrocarbon Asia organised Conferences provide firms and organisations with the opportunity to promote their name, products, and services. With various sponsorship options available, sponsors can choose the level that best suit their Budget.

Organizations which would like to take the opportunity to exhibit their services, innovative solutions, sponsorship offers excellent value for promoting your expertise. On-site, sponsors enjoy networking functions, exhibition and demonstration opportunities during our organised Technical Conferences. Shell Scheme Booth Packages are also available during the conference period. As a sponsor of any one of our Conferences, you may choose one of the following packages:

Package (A) Booth Space

Booth space [ 3m by 2m ]
1 exhibitor pass + 2 free delegate passes
Inclusion of your Company's 1-page A-4 size brochure [ to be supplied by Company ] in the Conference proceedings.

Package (B) Lunch / tea / coffee breaks sponsorship [ Day 1 or Day 2 ]

Booth space [ 3m by 2m ]
4 free delegate passes
Display of Company's name during lunch
Display of Company's logo in all promotion materials, website, conference backdrop
Inclusion of your company's 1-page A-4 size brochure [ to be supplied by sponsor ] in the Conference proceedings

Package (C) Cocktail sponsorship at end of 1st day conference

Booth space [ 3m by 2m ]
4 free delegate passes
Sponsor 1 hr of Cocktail Reception
Display of Company's name during Cocktail Reception
Display of Company's logo in all promotion materials, website, conference backdrop
Inclusion of your company's 1-page A-4 size brochure [ to be supplied by sponsor ] in the Conference proceedings

Booth space : Shell scheme booth package [ 3m L x 2m W x 2.4m H ]

All sponsors will be provided with a display table each for display of Promotional Materials at the conference, if requested early.

Sponsor's logo will be presented

(1) in our promotional brochures of the relevant Conference.
(2) on the conference 'back-drop'.
(3) on a single page advertisement in the conference proceedings in Hard Copy/Browser-based
CD ROM.
(4) Sponsorship will be publicised on our web site and the Logo will be hyper-linked to sponsor's
web site, till the end of Conference .

Depending on the availability, the choice of a package for sponsors will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Each delegate from the Sponsoring Company, participating in the above conference/s either as a speaker or a delegate will receive the following package free:
